With that, comes the opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial Division team in Manchester. Ambition is key as we are looking for someone who wants to drive the branch forward and grow into a Managerial role.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and will help place high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles whilst providing support, mentoring and guidance to other members of the team.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Maximising opportunities within our existing client portfolio
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Providing support, mentoring and guidance to other members of the team
  • Interviewing and registering candidates for clients and ensuring absolute compliance with the associated registration process
  • Meet and greet all new staff on the first day of their assignments on our clients' sites
  • Managing bookings on our CRM to ensure a 100% compliant payroll
  • Ensuring all client vacancies are filled in a timely manner
  • Compiling and distributing client KPIs
  • Creating job adverts for major job sites and social media channels
