Pennine Recruitment (acting as a Recruitment Agency) is delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Flexi/Bendi Driver/General Warehouse Operative to join an established business in Leeds on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role you will be part of a small team that emphasizes collaboration and going the extra mile, helping the company grow through effective product distribution. This position is for a true warehouse all‑rounder. You will not work solely as a forklift operator; you will also pick/pack orders, check stock, and occasionally perform basic housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
  • Use a Flexi/Bendi forklift to move stock and place it in the correct locations.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Book in deliveries and manage orders.
  • Re‑work orders, including wrapping stock and ensuring orders are ready for delivery.
  • Maintain housekeeping, completing physical tasks and hygiene checks.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work as part of a close‑knit team and collaborate effectively.
  • Holder of an FLT Bendi/Flexi licence (in‑house licences considered if training can be proven).
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Capability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage workload while turning challenges into opportunities.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary
