Pennine Recruitment (acting as a Recruitment Agency) are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established business in Leeds on a full time, permanent basis. In this role you will be working as part of a small Customer Service team who have a big emphasis on working together and really going the extra mile! As a Customer Service Administrator we are looking for you to build great relationships with our customers and suppliers within the Civil Engineering and Construction sectors, all whilst looking to increase business sales and profit! Therefore you will be a big part of ensuring the companies continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing.
To be successful, you will:
- Be able to work as part of a close knit team and be able to work collaboratively with the team.
- Have previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good at making connections over email and phone.
- Have strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have proficiency in Salesforce / CRM tools and experience in Sage & Microsoft 365 tools would be beneficial as would knowledge of products used within the Civil Engineering, Utilities, and/or Construction sectors.
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload whilst turning challenges into opportunities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm.
