Pennine Recruitment (acting as an Recruitment Agency) are delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Flexi/Bendi Driver/General Warehouse Operative to join an established business in Leeds on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role you will be working as part of a small team who have a big emphasis on working together and really going the extra mile!

Therefore you will be a big part of ensuring the companies continued growth by ensuring the effective distribution of their products!

Please note: this role is for a true warehouse all-rounder.

As such you won't solely be working on a Forklift.

You will be expected to pick/pack orders, check stock and even pick up a sweeping brush from time to time!

Key responsibilities include

  • Picking and packing orders and ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
  • Use of a Flexi/Bendi forklift to move stock around the warehouse and put into the correct locations
  • Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Booking in deliveries & managing orders
  • Reworking orders including wrapping stock and ensuring orders are ready for delivery
  • Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.

To be successful, you will

  • Be able to work as part of a close knit team and be able to work collaboratively with the team
  • Hold an FLT Bendi/Flexi License - Inhouse licences can be considered should you be able to evidence the training
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • Have a flexible attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication & organisational skills.
  • Be able to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload whilst turning challenges into opportunities

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
