We are looking for candidates with previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience or candidates with a strong Warehousing background looking to take the next step in their career!
Job Summary
To lead and coordinate a dedicated warehouse distribution team. You will lead by example alongside other Team Leaders and a Warehouse Management team to ensure that your team (and wider teams within the warehouse) are all pulling in the right direction. This role is fast-paced. You will be working with fast-moving goods for a variety of customers and as such you should be extremely motivated to move stock swiftly but accurately!
Responsibilities
- The planning and coordination of your team - labour and equipment resource in line with operational requirements.
- Ensure the operations team maintain integrity of stock inventory accuracy and proactively manage stock movements within the operation.
- Identify and resolve any stock inventory discrepancies and ensure WMS inventory and SAP system records are in alignment.
- Ensure that Inbound or Outbound are despatched / Checked correctly and meet customer SLA's.
- Investigate missing stock and Notify stock control when stock cannot be located.
- Previous experience of warehouse operations (goods receiving, pick, pack & despatch).
- Strong IT systems knowledge including Microsoft Office, WMS & SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data and provide meaningful information.
- Ensure that safety is paramount at all times to all colleagues and visitors entering the warehouse.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required) with the ability to form, develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Familiarisation with SAP, WMS and key transactions.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm.
