Pennine GP Alliance in Calderdale (West Yorkshire) is recruiting a newly qualified GP to join Calder & Ryburn PCN.
You will work across practices within the PCN, performing face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits, and care home visits, with professional supervision provided by an assigned GP.
You will develop care plans with patients, check and sign repeat prescriptions, handle queries, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care across Good-rated practices.
