Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to join the Mental Health Support Team in Oldham. You will deliver CBT-informed interventions and conduct high-quality mental health assessments for children and young people with mild to moderate difficulties, working within a multi-disciplinary team.
You will provide consultation to schools and professionals, manage a defined caseload, and contribute to service development.
