Pennard Vets is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead the non-clinical side of the Sevenoaks group, including the 24-hour hospital and Borough Green site. You will ensure staffing, structure and processes align with our standards, enabling clinical teams to focus on patient care and client experience.
You will partner with the Hospital Director to manage financial planning, pricing and policy, driving efficient operations and a strong, compliant business across sites.
