This new role in Sevenoaks has been created to meet growing demand and to give the right RVN the platform to do their best work – with the confidence, autonomy and support to match.
The role is nursing at its most purposeful. Working alongside a skilled, forward-thinking team, you’ll deliver high-quality patient care from anaesthesia and inpatient management to nurse-led consults and preventive health. The role offers the scope to lead clinics, refine protocols and influence how nursing care develops across the group.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care across consults, theatre and inpatient areas
- Facilitate nurse clinics and guide clients through each stage of their pet’s care
- Maintain high clinical standards, infection control and accurate records
- Collaborate across teams to keep every day running smoothly
- Support and mentor student and junior nurses through shared learning
- Assist with in-house referrals via our partnership with South East Veterinary Referrals
- There is scope to also bring any existing social media skills to the role
About you:
An RCVS-registered veterinary nurse who values clarity, purpose and progress. You’re confident in your clinical skills, curious to keep developing and comfortable taking responsibility. You bring clarity, compassion, and empathy to every interaction, always focused on supporting clients, your team and finding ways to continually improve.
