About Us

At Pennard Vets, we’re committed to providing exceptional care for our patients and creating a nurturing environment for our team. As an employee‑owned practice, we believe every team member has a genuine stake in our success and a voice in shaping our future. Our experienced clinicians benefit from a wide range of certificate‑holders across the team and a well‑established mentoring culture, giving you peers to consult, collaborate with, and learn alongside.

Why Choose Us

  • Professional Growth: Whether you’re working towards a certificate, pursuing advanced practitioner status, or developing a particular clinical interest, we’ll support you with coaching, CPD, and the time and budget to make it happen. Our mentoring programmes help you sharpen both your clinical and business skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and dynamic team at Maidstone. You’ll take on a varied caseload with the autonomy your experience deserves, contribute to clinical decision‑making across the practice, and have the opportunity to mentor newer colleagues if that’s something you enjoy. You’ll be part of a practice that values your contributions and supports you in delivering the best care possible.

What We Offer

  • Generous holiday allowance, with an extra day for every year worked (up to 5 days).
