The Role
As a CCA, you are the first smile our clients and their pets see. You will keep things running smoothly at the front desk, making every visit feel welcoming and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients (both the two-legged and four-legged kinds!).
- Answer phones, emails, and other communications with kindness and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups accurately, helping manage the daily flow.
- Maintain client and patient records with attention to detail.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Provide information and resources to pet owners with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient daily workflow.
