About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Interim Graphic Designer to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. You’ll work in our marketing team and closely with our sales and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll have the chance to broaden your skill set by getting involved in website and intranet management should you wish to explore that area.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Enforce the Branding Guidelines to ensure they are being applied consistently across the Group in all material.
- Design and prepare assets for campaigns, events, social media, presentations, email, internal newsletter and intranet.
- Support UX/UI design for web.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Present ideas and concepts to the Marketing Team.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support and work with our Brand and Creative designer on the Annual Report and Accounts.
Other Responsibilities
- Keep informed about design and branding trends and reflect on the latest accessibility trends to ensure Pennant's brand is inclusive.
- Offer advice and support to decision making around branding decisions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

You’re a creative thinker with a practical side. Someone who can turn ideas into polished visuals that resonate across different media and channels. Whether it’s a social campaign, a print brochure, or a quick turnaround request, you know how to prioritise and manage deadlines, without dropping quality levels.
