Penna is seeking a Director of Family Based Care to lead the North East Regional Care Co-operative. This role is pivotal in transforming family-based care across the region through collaboration with 12 Local Authorities.

The successful candidate will oversee the establishment of a new regional model, manage significant budgets, and ensure all services meet national standards.
