Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the supply of the Stock, Stores and Consumables during delivery, installation.
Working with operational teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and consumables
Providing input to and producing weekly/monthly reports
Effectively delegate workload across the team, ensuring priorities are managed.
Completing site surveys and audits
Lead on cost by actively pursuing cost reduction or cost avoidance activity
Your skills and experiences:
- Contract management & financial experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience & experience managing a small team with the ability to challenge and resolve issues
- Prior exposure to operating within a large scale, complex programme or similar industries, e.g. oil & gas.
- Experience of project management and project control processes and tools
- Undertake regular reviews of Engineering BoMs to ensure all change is captured and being processed. Establish a method to measure consumption of parts to ensure a smooth flow of materials at all times.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and toolsets
- SHE awareness, experience leading by example at a high standard
- Desirable:
- MCIPS qualified or equivalent, working towards CIPS or suitable experience in a relevant role
