Property Partner to join a large public sector organisation's Asset Strategy team.

This is a senior property role focused on managing a diverse operational estate and providing strategic property advice to service stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead property asset management initiatives across a substantial operational portfolio.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management Plans aligned to service needs.
  • Advise on acquisitions, disposals, estate rationalisation projects and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maximise asset performance and deliver value.
  • Support and manage Property Managers within the team.

Requirements

  • Professional property qualification (e. g. MRICS or equivalent).
  • Significant experience managing property estates within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong background in asset management, landlord & tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals and strategic estate planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of regional property markets.
