As a HR Business Partner, you will operate as a credible senior HR professional working closely with senior leaders and management teams. This role sits within a nationally dispersed HR and OD team and will involve regular travel across regions as required.
Provide timely, accurate and robust advice across a full range of HR issues, including complex employee relations casework. Lead and support organisational change and restructuring programmes, including business cases and impact assessments. Provide expert guidance to decision-makers throughout formal HR procedures. Support workforce planning and use data to identify trends and inform people strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR services and organisational outcomes.
Strong experience within HR Business Partnering or a senior HR advisory role. Sound knowledge of employment law, HR policy and employee relations. Be part of an organisation that makes a real difference to children and families, offering flexible hybrid working supported by strong wellbeing initiatives, an inclusive and diverse working environment committed to equality and representation, and the opportunity to work on high-impact organisational change and workforce challenges.
This role requires regular nationwide travel and flexibility to support service needs. Applications will only be considered from candidates based within the West or East Midlands due to travel and training requirements. Cafcass is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
