The Office of Admissions & Financial Aid plans to hire 3 members of the Class of 2025 to work as Penn State Dickinson Law Admissions Representatives from mid-August to mid-November (exact start/end dates and length of service are negotiable). Admissions Representatives are responsible for representing Penn State Dickinson Law at a variety of recruiting events both virtually and in person including law and graduate school fairs, and private presentations for Pre-Law groups.
In addition, Admissions Representatives are expected to communicate with prospective candidates as requested via email/phone and virtual platforms, and complete various administrative tasks related to recruitment such as comparing travel costs, booking travel/preparing travel itineraries, and tracking travel expenses for reimbursement and reconciliation. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
Admissions Representatives are paid an hourly rate of $18.00 plus all travel and meal per diem expenses in accordance with Penn State policy. You do not need to maintain an apartment in Carlisle or University Park during this time. Former Admissions Ambassadors are strongly encouraged to apply, but we welcome applications from all recent graduates. Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
