As the Supervisor, Cardiopulmonary & Cardiopulmonary Rehab, you'll be responsible for executing direct administration of the Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab and Lung Center Departments. The supervisor assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of respiratory therapy, sleep lab and lung center services.
Qualifications
- Must have current PA Respiratory Therapist License or temporary practice permit
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a health-related field, preferred
- Must have a minimum of three years' experience in acute Respiratory Therapy setting
- Two years' management experience in acute care, preferred
- Must have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certifications
- Must have effective communication and collaboration skills with physician and all other members of the health care team
- Must have a progressive and successful work history
