As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to oncology/hematology patients in accordance with recognized nursing techniques, established standards, and policies. The RN is also responsible for the administration of direct and indirect patient care using nursing judgements based on the nursing process, scientific principles, and nurse practice act. You will monitor the patients' conditions, develop care plans and symptom management protocols, and administer medications to treat the oncology/hematology patients. The RN will work closely with other healthcare providers to provide optimal care.

- $20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License required
- Minimum of 1 year Medical-Surgical experience (within the past 5 years) required
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Experience with care and maintenance of various central venous access devices, such as infusaports, PICC lines, and Broviac catheters preferred
- Competent IV skills required
- Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) certification preferred to be obtained within 5 years of start date
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within 6 months of start date
