***$15,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates***

AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.
Qualifications
Other information:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
- Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield preferred
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
- Two years of office experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred
