As a Dietary Aide, you will perform meal service duties throughout the hospital. You will prepare and deliver nourishments to patient floors, receive and store food inventory, and apply diet therapy in tray-line and production areas. You will facilitate communication between patients, nursing, and Nutrition Services.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 6+ months of previous kitchen area experience preferred.
- Food preparation skills preferred.
- Food Safety - HACCP - Serv Safe Food Safety Course preferred.
