AS A HOSPICE REGISTERED NURSE (RN): you will experience a rewarding career by providing in‑home nursing services for our hospice patients through delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. You'll effectively interact with patients, significant others, and our health care team members while maintaining standards of professional care.
Qualifications
- Have a current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Have current automobile coverage
- Have 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, required
- Have previous hospice or home health experience, preferred
- Have Healthcare Provider CPR
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong teaching skills
- Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Have availability to participate in department call schedule
