The goal is to ensure compliance with food service standards, policies, and regulations, providing quality nutritional services in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited dietetic training program; certification or registry documentation required upon application.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in long-term care with Geriatric Food Service preferred.
