Overview

As a Registered Nurse, Senior Transitions Unit, you\'ll provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies of Penn Highlands Clearfield and Nursing Division. You will administer direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care using nursing judgments based on the nursing process, scientific principles, and the Nurse Practice Act. You will plan, direct, observe, and perform nursing care to meet patient care needs and provide physicians with optimal service. You will confer and complete daily patient rounds with the attending and/or consulting physician.

Qualifications

  • Must have current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board or a Temporary Practice Permit.
