As a Resident Care Aide, you will strive to make the residents' experience outstanding. Assist residents with daily life functions such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc. Assist in the ambulation of residents to and from activities, dining room and other locations as needed. Assume responsibility for the safety and redirection of residents in the facility. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Prior experience in the care of elderly clients, preferred
- Home Health Care or Certified Nurses' Aide Certificate, preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid Certificates, preferred
- Must be able to pass drug test and background clearance
