As the Nursing Supervisor (RN), you will be responsible for directing the direct administration of the Medical Surgical Unit, Emergency Department and Senior Transitions Unit, demonstrating results in clinical quality, service excellence, human resources management, and financial management. This role assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of the services for which you are responsible.

- Assist in developing and implementing a strategic plan for service growth and development
Qualifications
- Must have current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary practice permit
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care setting
- Must have progressive and successful work history
- Current CPR required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Must have effective communication/collaboration skills with physicians and other members of the health care team
- Specialty certification, preferred
