Responsibilities:

• Delivery of resident care for their physical and emotional well-being.
• Participating in staffing decisions, planning work assignments, ensuring residents receive proper assistance and care.
• Providing liaison between health care providers, residents, and resident families.
• Carrying out Resident Aide responsibilities to the extent necessary.
• Following all facility policies and applying them uniformly to all employees.
• Ensuring the highest degree of quality care for residents at all times.
• Scheduling all staff and maintaining upkeep on schedule regarding call-offs, terminations, and vacation.
• Assisting with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facility’s programs and activities.
• Completing all Employee and Residents Chart Audits at least once per month to comply with state regulations.
• Completing all cart audits for resident medication, documentation, and discharging outdated meds properly.
• Ensuring resident well-being; providing high-quality care tailored to person-centred needs.

• Informing residents, families, and financial POA of any changes to resident LOCA.
• Completing all check request forms and providing administration approval on all purchases.
