The Business Office Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between the skilled nursing, long term care, and personal care facilities and various external partners, including families, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies. This role is responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the facility’s operations while ensuring smooth communication between the clinical staff and the business office. Qualifications
