The Role
This is a front-line, revenue-generating role suited to a confident, ethical, and commercially astute sales professional. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients across Penn Group’s service lines, ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and qualified outbound leads across legal, financial, and accountancy services
- Conducting structured sales conversations to understand client needs and objectives
- Confidently presenting Penn Group’s services and value proposition
- Closing new business and progressing clients through onboarding
- Working closely with internal advisers and delivery teams
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or closing role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence handling high-value and sensitive client conversations
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Highly organised with strong follow‑up discipline
- Comfortable working with CRM systems
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred
- Experience selling professional services (legal, financial, accountancy, SaaS, or consultancy)
- Understanding of regulated environments
- Ability to cross-sell or introduce complementary services
- Commercial awareness and strong objection-handling skills
Salary
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, commensurate with experience.
