  • Part of team responsible for all refrigeration maintenance and support for retail stores in line with agreed service levels.
  • Recommend technical improvements and better work efficiency.
  • Proficient in coldroom and integral case maintenance whilst seeking support on more complex faults on remote refrigeration and coldroom installations.
  • Working independently - monitor all outstanding calls within assigned area, reviewing van stock held on a regular basis.
