As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.
Job Requirements
- Hold full CeMAP qualification
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ post‑CeMAP, customer‑facing mortgage and protection advisory experience
- Have strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Be eligible to operate under SMCR requirements with no impediments
You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
- A client‑focused and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Career Progression
