As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support and deliver learning under the guidance of teaching staff and senior leaders.
- Work closely with teachers in the classroom to ensure SEN students have full access to learning.
- Lead 1:1 intervention sessions where appropriate and provide tailored support across all key stages.
- Promote inclusion, independence, and positive relationships with students.
