Penn Creative Limited is a specialist retail and FMCG creative studio based in Derbyshire. We are a brand studio for companies that refuse to blend in. We help ambitious businesses find their voice, define their look, and own their category.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting our focus on FMCG branding (80% of our work) and exhibition design projects. You will be creating compelling visual content across multiple touchpoints while working closely with our Creative Director and established team. This is a hybrid role and travelling to and working from our studio in Derby, UK is a requirement for half the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop packaging designs for FMCG brands, from concept to final artwork
  • Design engaging Point of Sale for client campaigns
  • Create DTC and B2B advertising campaigns for printed publications
  • Design newsletters, brochures, and marketing collateral
  • Support brand development projects with consistent visual identity
  • Collaborate on exhibition design materials and promotional assets
  • Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and Penn Creative's quality standards

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web graphics, packaging design, and print materials
  • Understanding of design principles for both digital and print media
  • Experience with FMCG packaging design preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently within project timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Highly Advantageous:

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign CC 2026
  • Experience with Figma
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo flows and automation sequences
  • Familiarity with e-commerce design requirements
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles
