Penn Chambers Solicitors is a boutique law firm specialising in Family Law, Wills & Probate, and Dispute Resolution, offering highly specialist and bespoke legal advice. We are now looking to recruit a trainee solicitor or a senior paralegal for our dispute resolution team in our Maidstone office, as part of our continued expansion in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a like-minded professional to join a successful, forward-thinking firm with modern systems, state-of-the-art technology, and a genuine focus on people. Please note: this is a full‑time, office‑based role in Maidstone (not remote or hybrid), five days per week.

  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritise and manage a caseload and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative with a positive attitude.
  • A commercial, solution‑driven, and client‑focused approach.
  • Strong legal and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and effective use of Case Management and Time Recording Systems.
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts, with opponents, experts and with the court.
  • The candidate must have an excellent (and demonstrable) drafting ability as well as a true commitment to achieving the very best outcome in some of the most difficult circumstances.
