Family Lawyer Hybrid/Remote working

FAMILY SOLICITOR A boutique law firm specialising in Family Law and Wills, Trusts and Probate law, offering highly specialist and bespoke legal advice. We are now looking to recruit a qualified Family solicitor to join our practice in Maidstone. Our Family team provides a broad spectrum of family law advice (no legal aid) to mid-net-worth clients (within the £2-£10 M bracket). We are not a typical law firm, and we are proud of that. Please note that this is a full-time role, working from our office and NOT remote/ hybrid, 5 days a week. Family Solicitor at least 5 years PQE · Highly technically competent in family law · You will have broad post-qualification experience in family law, specifically dealing with divorce and family finance and Children Act work, and manage your own full caseload · You will possess a passion for working in family law · You will have a good LPC pass or equivalent You will have advocacy experience or express a desire to undertake advocacy at least at an interlocutory and pre-trial application level.
