Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales and marketing efforts through efficient office management, customer support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to contribute to our company’s growth.
Duties
- Manage sales and marketing materials, including newsletters, seasonal sheets, sell sheets, and presentations.
- Create and send weekly marketing updates and email communications.
- Maintain and organize digital marketing files in SharePoint.
- Support social media and marketing team initiatives.
- Coordinate chain‑related communication between departments.
- Handle product and pricing submissions and communicate updates to the sales team.
- Assist with troubleshooting product and scanning issues and help resolve them quickly.
- Maintain contact lists, vendor information, UPCs, pricing, and product details.
- Support product setup and maintenance in the company system.
- Work with marketing, inventory, sales, and suppliers to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Experience & Skills
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
