To support our growing Private Client department, assisting fee earners with a wide range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with all aspects of Private Client administration
- Assisting with the preparation and management of probate and estate files
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties in a professional and compassionate manner
- Preparing and organising documentation, correspondence and file notes
- Learning to draft Wills and LPAs with ongoing training and supervision
- General administrative duties such as file management, diary organisation and maintaining accurate records
Ideal Candidate
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Able to manage workload efficiently and work to deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in Private Client work or legal administration is essential
