We have a vacancy for a full-time Conveyancing Legal Assistant, to join our busy Conveyancing department based in our Kenilworth office. You will play a key role in the property team supporting experienced lawyers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and further develop your legal expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Conducting property searches and preparing necessary legal documentation
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clients records and file management
- Providing full administrative support, ensuring seamless case progression
