We have a vacancy for a full-time Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our busy Conveyancing department based in our Coventry office. You will play a key role in supporting experienced lawyers within the property team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and further develop your legal expertise. This role would particularly suit an experienced Conveyancing Secretary or Post Completions Assistant looking to progress their career within residential conveyancing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Conducting property searches and preparing legal documentation
  • Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents and other professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and file management
  • Providing full administrative support to ensure seamless case progression

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
