We want to find inspirational chefs genuinely passionate about cooking great local Welsh produce and nurturing the team around them. Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel and regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is renowned for a wonderful wine list. The hotel was awarded a prestigious Michelin Key in 2024. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef who is part of a team striving to become a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.
