- Creating and booking holidays tailored to the customers' needs
- Sourcing and exploring holiday locations
- Communicating with prospect clients
- Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are always provided
- Using a variety of sales channels including email, telephone and company's website
- Liaising with partner holiday providers
