This progressive role offers a clear path to taking over key development responsibilities from our current Head of IT, enabling him to focus on research and strategic management. The successful candidate will work across a range of systems, including a long-established Excel-based add-in, as well as multiple APIs that integrate with our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) and CRM (Zoho). Maintain and update existing systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support on internal developed systems, ensuring smooth operation across the organisation. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects. Ensure all developed systems communicate effectively with our back-office system, Horizon. Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.net, C#, SQL, HTML, Python, and JavaScript. Ideally, experience with Excel Add-in development. NET, SQL, C#, and VB. Proven track record of working with MS Office, particularly Excel Add-ins. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively within a team.
