Job Purpose To deliver world-class care that exceeds our client’s expectations and provide support to our growing client base across Great Britain. Job Overview The role requires enthusiasm as part of our Client Experience Account Management team. Become the first point of contact for issues or concerns raised, delivering excellence in service by providing fast, client-focused solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive and respond to client queries and requests promptly. Acknowledge all client cases, verbal or written, according to department procedures. Understand all client databases and systems to investigate and respond effectively. Ensure prompt responses to client queries, complaints, and cancellation requests. Review client complaints and facilitate handovers to the Cancellations Team when necessary. Maintain and update client profiles, including additional sites and employee information, and conduct investigations as needed. Liaise with the Business Development Manager regarding contracted service provisions. Handle client and consultant calls to resolve queries and complaints. Identify opportunities for referral leads and additional requirements to support sales. Proactively contact existing clients to manage accounts.
