Peninsula have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work field based, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from your initial networking through to closing the deal.
We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) along with a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing and visiting in-person potential new business, through various business development channels. Selling Peninsula's consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.

- Excellent Relationship building skills: Having that ability to quickly build a rapport and trust with a business owner is crucial foundations for building long term engagement.

- Adaptability to learn a new industry: Sector experience isn't essential as we provide a first class training programme for every new team member, so having an open mindset and willingness to learn is key.
