We are looking for a proactive freelancer to help generate real conversations with schools, youth organisations, and potential sponsors through targeted outreach and campaign support. This is a hands-on role focused on creating opportunities and building relationships, not just posting content.

- Identifying and engaging decision-makers (PSHE leads, youth services, CSR teams)
- Supporting messaging for campaigns and partnership opportunities
- Repurposing content into simple posts (LinkedIn / Instagram)
- Tracking responses and identifying warm leads
Current campaign focus:
- Launching a youth-led comic project featuring a 16-year-old neurodiverse boxing champion
- Securing sponsorship for development and print distribution
- Promoting Penificent’s school workshops and subscription programmes
- Supporting the rollout of “Knifeboy”, a youth-focused comic addressing peer pressure and violence
What we’re looking for:
- Someone confident with outreach, messaging, or marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
- Self-driven and able to deliver within a short timeframe
Contract details:
- ÂŁ500 fixed project fee
- Duration: 2–3 weeks (with potential for extension)
- Remote / hybrid with occasional London-based meetings if required
- Flexible working (approx. 2–4 hours per day, results-focused)
What success looks like:
- Consistent outreach activity
- Meaningful responses from schools or organisations
- Conversations booked with potential partners or sponsors
This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing social impact organisation using creativity to create real change in young people’s lives. We are looking to move quickly.
