The Opportunity
Penhaligon's have an exciting role as an Account Manager, on our new counter opening in John Lewis. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. A Puig Retail Brand Business Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Byredo, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. As the Account Manager, you will increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Previous experience in an Account Manager/Business Manager/Key Holder, Assistant store manager role
- Previous experience within the Skincare or Beauty industry.
- A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
- The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches or activity unique to that store
- The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own, you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to prioritise your workload
- Embody the spirit of retail theatre turning fragrance consultation into personal storytelling
- Are passionate about translating brand narratives into memorable customer journeys
