A well-established architectural practice in Windsor is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. With a strong reputation for design quality and technical excellence, the practice works across a wide range of sectors including residential, education, heritage and conservation, community, and leisure projects. Responsibilities
- Preparing technical drawings and construction packages
- Supporting planning and building regulation submissions
- Coordinating design information with consultants and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards
- Producing detailed working drawings using CAD/BIM software
- Attending site visits when required
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working in a UK architectural practice
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or BIM workflows is desirable
- Good understanding of current UK Building Regulations
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
