An established and well-regarded planning and development consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to join its growing team in Winchester. The Role
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary planning team, you will be involved in a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications
- Providing planning advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Undertaking planning appraisals and feasibility assessments
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients
- Contributing to appeals, policy reviews, and site promotions (depending on experience)
About You
- Degree-qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
- MRTPI-qualified or working towards chartership
- Previous experience within a consultancy or local authority environment
