A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Whitley Bay, Newcastle and the wider North East. Role Overview
- Completing Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling
- Working across commercial and mixed-use properties
- Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
- Ensuring all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS requirements
Candidate Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or equivalent)
- Experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role, or keen to progress into one
- Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance
- Comfortable managing workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
