This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, a trusted, eco-conscious Multidisciplinary Consultancy, renowned for lending their skills and expertise to a variety of projects across the transport planning, infrastructure, and water sectors. They are currently seeking a driven, talented SuDS Designer, who is willing to take on a number of challenging projects across the local region. You will be based near the beautiful, vibrant town of Watford.

Responsibilities
- Producing detailed Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs for a variety of projects, primarily new residential developments
- Contributing to planning applications and construction phases
- Developing a range of sustainable drainage and infrastructure solutions across the local region
- Collaborating with a team of experts in the field, contributing to a range of exciting projects
Required skills and experience
- A UK Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering or a cognate discipline
- Extensive experience of SuDS and wider Civil Engineering design, particularly for residential projects and new developments
- Excellent working knowledge of the relevant software systems, including AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage, Civils 3D, etc.
- Demonstrable experience of producing detailed designs in support of planning applications and at varying stages of construction
- Competent understanding of the relevant Section Agreements (e.g., S104, S38, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of flood risk and mitigation, including Flood Risk Assessments, etc.
Desirable skills and experience
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Possess Chartered Status with a relevant Professional Body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, etc.), or actively working to attain this
- Hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence
